About Us

Motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death and disability in teens and young adults. While many teens lose their lives on our roadways, many more are living with disabilities, including brain injury as a result of these crashes.

NJDriverEducation was developed by the Brain Injury Association of New Jersey as a resource to driver education instructors throughout the state. We recognize the important role educators play in teaching new drivers the information and skills they will need on the road Our goal is to provide material on this website that is timely, pertinent and can be used in the classroom, and to have an exchange of information so that teachers can share ideas and comments with their peers across the state.

NJDriverEducation is funded through the New Jersey Division of Highway Traffic Safety. Please visit our other teen driving websites www.UGotBrains.com and www.NJteenDriving.com. Protecting our children is everyone's concern.  Working together we can keep our teens safe.
